Solo Emails are sent automatically to users from all connected websites using the Solo Email network feature.

When Solo Emails Are Sent

Solo Emails are processed automatically in small batches:

• Up to 10 pending Solo Emails per run

Each selected Solo Email is marked as sending first to prevent duplicate processing.

How Recipients Are Collected

For each pending Solo Email, the system:

• Loads all connected Solo Email websites
• Calls each website’s API to fetch its user list
• Uses the returned users as recipients for that website

If a website returns no users or the API fails, that website is skipped.

What Gets Sent

For every recipient:

• The email subject is prefixed with the website title and a Solo label
• Placeholders can be used in subject and body:
• {{first_name}}
• {{last_name}}
• {{username}}
• A unique credit link is added to the message
• Reward information (money reward and email credits) is included in the email content

Emails are sent using the configured SMTP delivery system.

After Sending

During processing:

• Sent totals are tracked per website
• The Solo Email’s total sent count is updated

Once all connected websites are processed:

• The Solo Email is marked as sent
